This is the origin story.
It Started With a Feeling
The Overstimulated Tee didn't begin with a trend report or a market gap analysis.
It began with a feeling.
The feeling of having too much going on. Of being pulled in too many directions at once. Of sitting in a quiet room and still not being able to switch off, because the noise wasn't coming from outside — it was coming from inside your own head.
I knew I wasn't alone in that feeling. But I also knew it wasn't being talked about enough. Not honestly, anyway.
So I put it on a tee.
Why Statement Clothing Can Be a Mental Health Tool
There's something quietly powerful about wearing something that names what you're feeling.
It's not about broadcasting your mental state to the world. It's about giving yourself permission to acknowledge it. To say: yes, this is real. Yes, I'm carrying it. Yes, I'm still here.

From the very beginning, Complicated Co. was built as an ethical clothing brand in the UK.
Not because it was trendy. Because it was right.

There have been days when I've felt every single one of the tees in the collection simultaneously. Overstimulated. Offline. It's Complicated. The whole lot.
But those days are also the proof that this brand is doing what it's supposed to do: reflecting real life, honestly, without apology.
