Shipping
We currently ship within the UK. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Returns
If something doesn’t feel right, unworn and unwashed items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition
- Original packaging should be included where possible
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us via the Contact page and we’ll help where we can, subject to stock availability.
International Shipping & Returns
We ship to the USA with a choice of two delivery options. Standard international shipping is available for a flat rate of £14.99, with an estimated delivery time of 7–14 working days, while Express International Shipping is available for £24.99, with delivery typically taking 3–5 working days. For international orders, we offer an exchange for eligible returns. We are unable to offer free returns on international shipments, so we recommend checking our size guide carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
