Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We currently ship within the UK. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.


Returns

If something doesn’t feel right, unworn and unwashed items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition
  • Original packaging should be included where possible

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us via the Contact page and we’ll help where we can, subject to stock availability.


Faulty items

If you believe an item is faulty, please get in touch as soon as possible with details and photos where relevant so we can resolve the issue promptly.
